Shipping was wonderful arrived in like two days. Attempted to call with no response just experienced some inquiries. Also the bike I ordered was suppose to become the black addition. The receipt mentioned black addition.The Sur Ron is quite entertaining – I'd advocate getting the a riser bars and seat. The seat that arrives stock is rather rigid
